It is with a warm, devoted and personalized service that Mélodie accompanies you in your real estate transactions. She positions herself as an undeniable ally who will always put your interests first and will find solutions to leave nothing to chance and support you through your transactions, even the most complex. She is passionate about finding and selling the most beautiful estates, bucolic farmhouses and waterfront residences in the Eastern Townships and its surroundings. A simple phone call will convince you of her skills and the pleasure you will have in working with her.
Raised in Danville in the Eastern Townships with a family in real estate, Mélodie always knew that she would join the family business. However, she wanted to train in management and communications beforehand in order to bring this valuable expertise back to the real estate agency. To do so, she first studied Business Management at the Cégep de Sherbrooke, then moved to Nova Scotia to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at Mount Saint Vincent University where she graduated with honours. Mélodie then returned to Quebec to work for Edelman, one of the largest international marketing and communications firms where she had the pleasure of supporting some of Canada’s most prestigious companies. Her contagious passion for real estate and country living brought her back to the Eastern Townships where she completed her training in residential and commercial real estate brokerage and joined Groupe Trépanier of Maxxum 100 Centre inc.
With a multidisciplinary background that blends perfectly with real estate brokerage, Mélodie now works with Sylvain Trépanier, Chartered Real Estate Broker and Jean-Philippe Trépanier, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker. The father, son and daughter trio is proud to enhance the value of our great Quebec spaces by accompanying sellers and buyers in their agricultural, residential and commercial real estate transactions!
